Product design and sourcing
LECHILLER concept develop a cooling system for beverages. The system refrigerates glycol mixed with water in a tank at -35C. The bottles are inserted in a pocket that’s submerged in the mix so they aren’t in contact with the liquid.

THE PROJECT AND ITS CHALLENGES
Le Chiller’s objective was to rework a new version of its beverage cooling system.
Le Chiller was therefore looking for an external engineering partner to accompany it on its V2 project. The requirements were based on product and software design and sourcing.
For Le Chiller, Kickmaker carried out the following tasks:
- Product design in collaboration with Elium Studio
- Research and identification of manufacturers
- Updating the design of the old version
- New factory in Europe
