    NEO<\/span>\u00a0P1<\/span>\u00a0est une plante g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement modifi\u00e9e, capable de purifier l\u2019air int\u00e9rieur avec une efficacit\u00e9 30 fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle d\u2019une plante classique, et de lutter efficacement contre\u00a0les COV<\/span>\u00a0(composants organiques volatiles)<\/span>\u00a0tels<\/span>\u00a0que le formald\u00e9hyde, le benz\u00e8ne, le tolu\u00e8ne et le xyl\u00e8ne.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Ces COV, responsables selon l\u2019OMS de\u00a023%<\/span>\u00a0des d\u00e9c\u00e8s dus \u00e0 des maladies pulmonaires et de\u00a011%<\/span>\u00a0des d\u00e9c\u00e8s li\u00e9s aux cancers du poumon se retrouvent dans les solvants et les vernis utilis\u00e9s sur les meubles, les moquettes, dans les a\u00e9rosols et les produits de nettoyage et d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne personnelle.<\/span>\u00a0C\u2019est peu dire si le sujet est sensible.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    NEO<\/span>\u00a0P1<\/span>\u00a0a vu le jour apr\u00e8s 4 ans de travail en laboratoire.<\/span>\u00a0Chez\u00a0Kickmaker<\/span>, nous avons eu la chance de travailler avec\u00a0Neoplants<\/span>\u00a0sur le pot destin\u00e9 \u00e0 accueillir la plante.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Les fonctionnalit\u00e9s principales et enjeux du pot ? <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    1) maximiser l’\u00e9change d’air entre le substrat de la plante et la pi\u00e8ce <\/span>
    \n2) faciliter l’entretien de la plante au maximum. <\/span>
    \n3) aboutir \u00e0 un design coh\u00e9rent avec les valeurs de Neoplants et capable d’habiller de mani\u00e8re \u00e9l\u00e9gante\u00a0l’int\u00e9rieur des foyers.\u00a0 <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la principale difficult\u00e9 pour Kickmaker, en tant qu\u2019agence d\u2019industrialisation, est de travailler avec une agence de design sachant int\u00e9grer les contraintes industrielles lors de la conception 3D du produit (CF article : le design chez Kickmaker, une approche technique de conception<\/a>). Lorsque ce n\u2019est pas le cas, il est souvent n\u00e9cessaire de reprendre tout le design produit, cr\u00e9ant alors frictions et d\u00e9ceptions pour le client. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Or, le professionnalisme et la connaissance des contraintes industrielles d\u2019Elium Studio nous ont permis de mener ce projet \u00e0 bien. Tout l\u2019enjeu est de savoir allier faisabilit\u00e9 technique et design esth\u00e9tique, fond et forme. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Gauthier Lavagen, ing\u00e9nieur m\u00e9canique chez Kickmaker\u00a0 \u00ab\u202fLe c\u0153ur de m\u00e9tier d\u2019Elium Studio, c\u2019est la partie esth\u00e9tique. Nous nous sommes charg\u00e9s du reste. Pour le pot de NEO P1, il s\u2019est agi de :\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    – Reprendre la proposition esth\u00e9tique des designers et travailler sur une version industrialisable du produit qui respecte les contraintes industrielles, d’ergonomie et de fonctionnalit\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    – R\u00e9aliser un travail approfondi de sourcing de mat\u00e9riaux pour s\u00e9lectionner un plastique biosourc\u00e9 et biod\u00e9gradable (PLA FLAX)<\/a><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    – Retravailler la forme du pot pour permettre son injection en production.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    – Concevoir la partie panier qui tient la plante et le r\u00e9servoir avec le flotteur en trouvant le bon dimensionnement des clips plastiques.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    – Pr\u00e9parer le passage en DVT (Cf article EVT DVT PVT)\u202f<\/a>: retravail du prototype initial \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une session de b\u00eatatest r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec une cinquantaine de produits dont les retours clients \u00e9taient\u202f: r\u00e9duction de la taille du pot, am\u00e9lioration de la visibilit\u00e9 du flotteur, optimisation de l\u2019ergonomie. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Objectif ?
